Larry SteingoldLarry Steingold is a Senior Vice President at MG Commercial Real Estate Services. He has been continually active in commercial real estate since 1980 and as such has extensive experience in all phases of the business. His focus has been industrial real estate ranging from site location, raw land and new construction to buying and leasing.  His areas of expertise are all of Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts. 

While representing sellers and buyers, tenants and landlords, corporations and individuals, Larry's approach to working with clients and other brokers is direct and experienced.  His knowledge of industrial real estate is extensive and coupled with his understanding of the market provides the customer a complete perspective from which to make decisions and achieve their goals.

Prior to joining MG Commercial in 2008, Larry was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis since 1999 and a sales person with Ryan Elliot and Company (now CB Richard Ellis) since 1984, both located in Providence.

His customer list is extensive, and includes innumerable small local entrepreneurs, developers, government agencies and large international corporations such as Georgia Pacific, Louisiana Pacific, Trane and Penske Truck Leasing.  Over the past 35 years, his involvement in thousands of transactions has ranged from finding 1,000 SF international corporate service facilities to repositioning and selling a 250,000 SF multi-floor mill for office redevelopment.  

Larry holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Washington and Jefferson College and a Masters of Business Administration from Babson College.  He is a member of the Rhode Island and National Association of Realtors, the East Greenwich Municipal Land Trust and is an active volunteer with the Narragansett Council of Boy Scouts of America and Junior Achievement. 

Larry currently resides in East Greenwich, Rhode Island with his wife, Joyce, he has 3 children, a son-in-law and one grandchild.
