About George Paskalis

George Paskalis is Executive Vice President at MG Commercial Real Estate and has been a commercial real estate broker for 25 years. He is considered one of the top industrial specialists in the region. And while most of his transactions and relationships are in the industrial sector, he is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the sale of investment type properties. He has successfully completed over 440 transactions totaling well over 11 million square feet and $210 million in transaction value throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

He is experienced in seller and landlord representation as well as buyer and tenant representation. Notable recent transactions include the sale of a 245,000' manufacturing facility in Cumberland, RI for $7.45 M to the Okonite Companies, the sale of a 116,000’ warehouse facility in East Providence, RI to Future Foam for $4 M, and the sale of a 108,000’ manufacturing facility in East Providence, RI for $5.8 M to an investment group. He has also recently completed the following lease deals: 46,400’ of warehouse space in Pawtucket, RI to the USPS, 45,000’ in Cumberland, RI to Reeb Millwork, and 65,000’ in Johnston, RI to Pure Haven.

Mr. Paskalis is a graduate of the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York where he holds a degree in Economics. He has been a member of a numerous organizations, including, the Rhode Island Building Owners Association, where he served 6 years as a Board Member and President, the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce and the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association. He holds the SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), which is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the commercial real estate industry, where he is in his fourth year serving as Board Secretary of the New England SIOR Chapter.

George played men’s collegiate ice hockey for U of R and was Captain his Senior Year. Over the last 12 years, he has dedicated his time as an assistant and head coach for his sons’ travel ice hockey teams.

George and his two sons currently reside in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
