Steve Hardy is an Associate with MG Commercial Real Estate.
Mr. Hardy specializes in retail leasing and sales. Mr. Hardy’s previous employment was with CoStar Group, a commercial real estate research and information firm. Steve was a leading Account Executive at CoStar during the first half of 2008 before making the decision to move to brokerage.
Mr. Hardy’s clients include Moo, Inc., Scottrade, Little Caesars, Gold’s Gym, and Check `n Go. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and its Rhode Island Next Generation Committee.
Steve has also been involved with his local baseball community both at Bishop Hendricken High School, and at his Alma Mater, the University of Maryland where he graduated with a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
Steve currently resides in Providence, RI.
