 George Paskalis is Senior Vice President and a Partner at MG Commercial Real Estate. While he has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, he is primarily an industrial and investment property specialist having completed transactions throughout all of Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts. Recent notable transactions include the sale of a self storage facility in Swansea, MA for $2.865 million, the leasing of 225,000’ of warehouse space in North Smithfield, RI, the sale of a 78,000’ industrial facility in Cranston, RI for $3.5 million and the sale of a 95,000’ distribution warehouse in Coventry, RI for $3.1 million.
Past and present clients include Southwestern/American, Clariant Corporation, Banneker Industries, Textron, Interstate Brands Corporation and UPS. In addition, Mr. Paskalis represents a 175 acre business park in North Smithfield, RI.
His past work experiences, which include real estate brokerage in Boston, MA, regional sales throughout New England, and business ownership, have provided him with a unique understanding of business’ operational needs, helping him better serve his clients. .
Mr. Paskalis is active in a number of organizations, including Rhode Island Building Owners Association, where he is a Board Member, serving as Vice President, the Rhode Island Manufacturer’s Association, and the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he is a graduate of the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York where he holds a degree in Economics.
