Daniel T. Feiner is a Senior Vice President with MG Commercial Real Estate Services.  He is in charge of all retail marketing, including investment sales, property leasing, site selection and retail real estate consulting throughout Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. Mr. Feiner represents property owners and has worked as a tenant representative as well.

Clients include Holiday Inn Express, GCO Carpet, UPS, Greenwood Credit Union, Pearle Vision, Aamco Transmission, Rhode Island Student Loan Authority, New England Anesthesiology, RYLA Teleservices, Storage America and Dutch Harbor Marina.

Dan has been with MG Commercial for 5 years now and took over the retail marketing division for the company in 2007.  Prior to joining MG Commercial, Mr. Feiner worked at a local commercial real estate brokerage firm in Providence as a real estate sales broker.  Previous to that he was a Vice President of Real Estate for a multi-unit restaurant venture in the Northeast.  Mr. Feiner has also served as financial advisor at a major financial institution serving high net-worth clients as well as small- and mid-sized business owners.

Mr. Feiner is a past treasurer of the Warwick, RI Chapter of Business Network International (BNI). He is also a member of the Cumberland, RI Business Association and the Jewish Federation of Rhode Island.

Mr. Feiner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Washington College, Chestertown, MD. 

Mr. Feiner resides in Cumberland, RI with his wife and their two daughters.
